Detailed Description

This cluster provides an opportunity to use various features of the Work With All Hubs cluster.

The WWAH cluster shall exist on only 1 endpoint of the Zigbee node, it should be identified using cluster ID 0xfc57 and manufacturer ID 0x1217.

All configurations/command settings in this cluster shall be persisted across power cycles and rejoins. Only a device factory reset can reset this cluster and put it back to default settings.
